The gentleman came to see me to see how he could improve his smile. He had various complex problems and I used several different techniques to get the desired result. As you can see when he smiled there was very little tooth shown as they were in a poor position and worn down. This in turn meant that his lips were scrunched up and his chin was pushed forwards making his chin too prominent and top lip too small.
I demonstrated to him a very rough idea of how his smile could look after the first build ups. He then had his teeth added to with composite (white filling) to allow orthodontics to work more accurately. After months of his patience and having dental hygienist therapy and Orthodontic work to widen his jaw he was ready for me to place 3 Implants. Whilst the dental implants were becoming stable I built up his other teeth so that we had the space to accommodate the new dental crowns and give him a functional bite as well as an aesthetically pleasing result. As you can see the end result is lovely and he has a full and visible, but very natural smile.
