Glabellar or glabella lines are horizontal indentations which stretch across your forehead, between and above your eyebrows and directly over your nose. Glabella lines always appear as horizontal lines, running from one eyebrow to the other, which, over time, can deepen. Glabellar lines can vary depending on a person’s facial structure.
Glabella lines are often the first wrinkles to appear and can start making an appearance from a person’s mid 20’s. While initially, the lines can be visible only when a person frowns (dynamic wrinkles) over time the lines can deepen and become visible permanently (static wrinkles). Glabella lines should not be confused with frown lines, which are the vertical lines between your eyebrows, as a result of your forehead burrowing together when you furrow your brows.
