This was a very complicated treatment for Dr Tom Donnelly, but one that we are very proud of. The upper left front tooth was very badly damaged. This lady had a smile showing up above the height of the teeth. Unfortunately there was no easy way to fix it without leaving a horrible looking very tall tooth.
Fixing The Tooth With Dental Implants & Crowns
To sort this the tooth was slowly removed using braces. This allows the jaw and gum to be pulled down and to fill in a gum and bone defect. This process took about six months. Once the jaw and gum were grown the tooth was finally removed and an implant put in place. Three months later the crown was fitted.
