When Is National Dentists Day?

National Dentist’s Day falls on the same day each year, the 6th of March. So, if you were not aware of the occasion already, we are happy to be the ones to have introduced you to a significant day in the world of dentistry.
What Is National Dentists Day?
National Dentist’s Day was established as a way to give thanks and acknowledgement to the people that work in the industry and to show appreciation for the impact such work has on healthy living. This is the day to give dentists the recognition they deserve and for patients to say ‘thank you’ to them for taking optimum care of their oral health.
Why Is National Dentists Day Celebrated?
Dentists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, implantologists, orthodontists, Invisalign dentists, administrators and several other dental professionals are all celebrated on this day! The day has also been seen to encourage people who have inhibitions about visiting their dentist, to come along for their routine checkup.
How To Celebrate National Dentists Day
There are many different ways that you can celebrate National Dentist’s Day, without even coming into contact with your Banbury dentist, or wherever your dentist is based. So, how should you celebrate National Dentists day this year? Here are just five of those ways:
- Be sure to add the official #NationalDentistsDay hashtag to any of your social media posts. If you would like to give 41 South Bar a special shout out, discover our username for either or Twitter and ‘@’ us.
- Show our Banbury dentists how you’ve improved your oral wellbeing routine in recent times and share your top tips for others to see.
- Smile! Let people see that beautiful smile. You and your Banbury dentist have put time and effort into making it look so bright!
