Happy New Year! We hope you had a wonderful festive break (despite the current circumstances) and are looking forward to a brighter year ahead. Although we can’t predict what will happen in 2021, we can sure make it a little easier and more bearable, so we would like to share with you some positive news that will make your 2021 dental appointment a little more exciting!
Latest Covid-19 Lockdown Measures
After Boris Johnson announced the latest lockdown measures on Monday 4th January, we are delighted to share that 41 South Bar will remain OPEN for all dental treatments. So for patients who are already booked in to see us in the near future, your appointment is still to go ahead. If there are any further updates from the Government between now and then, our dental receptionists will be sure to get in touch with you to rearrange the appointment for a later date. Obviously, we hope that we can continue to remain open for the duration of this lockdown period and we will try our absolute best to accommodate your needs where possible.
If you have an upcoming appointment with us, please do make sure you familiarise yourself with our Covid-19 safety guidelines. It’s of the utmost importance to us that we ensure the safety and health of our patients and staff and our safety guidelines are in place to do just that. If, for any reason, you cannot attend your upcoming appointment, please call us on 01295 262008 and we will make arrangements for you to come in at a later date.
Welcome Our New Dental Team Member, Akshay Gulati
In other news, we are delighted to announce the welcoming of our new dental team member, Akshay Gulati. Akshay joined the team in November last year and will be working alongside our highly experienced team here at 41 South Bar. Having moved to Banbury five years ago, Akshay graduated from King’s College London (formerly Guy’s Hospital) and has since been awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry in 2016.
Akshay will be providing dental implants to patients and is due to complete his Foundation training in Implant Dentistry in September 2021. We are really excited about welcoming Akshay to the team and seeing how he will be developing his knowledge with us in the near and far future. We hope our wonderful patients will give him a big warm welcome when you attend your next appointment!
