Initially, Dr Tom Donnelly will examine and access your individual problems and advise if he may be able to help you.
He may make a diagnostic aid which you wear overnight which gives an indication as to whether a full treatment is justified in your particular case. If wearing this gives some relief of your symptoms, he may advise you to wear a Michigan splint. This is similar to a hard gum shield but, with regular adjustments, it could help to alleviate the pain and symptoms.
